Can I get my ring resized?
Absolutely — resizing is complimentary. We'll handle everything, including a prepaid shipping label and step-by-step instructions when you're ready. Just reach out to our team at [email protected] and we'll get started.
How long does resizing take?
Resizing typically takes 10–14 days from the time we receive your piece. We'll keep you updated throughout the process, and confirm preferred delivery date before shipping it back to you.
What if I don't know my ring size?
Not to worry — this is more common than you'd think! We're happy to send you a complimentary ring sizer with your order (just select "Send Ring Sizer" at checkout). You can also stop into any local jeweler for a quick sizing. Keep in mind the sizer m
How many revisions are included in the custom process?
As many as it takes. We aim to get it right within the first couple of rounds, but there's no limit. Our team will guide you through every revision until you love it.
My ring spins — can you help with sizing beads or a euroshank?
We can! Sizing beads are complimentary and can be added to most rings to improve fit. A euroshank, however, needs to be incorporated into the original design — adding one after the fact would require a remake or reset at an additional cost. We're hap
Do you provide wax molds?
We don't send wax molds. Instead, we use detailed 3D digital renders, which give you a far more accurate sense of proportions and design than a wax model can. Our clients consistently find it gives them a clearer picture before production begins.

Can you send me additional photos or videos of a piece?

How long does it take to receive my order?
All of our pieces are made to order with care by our team. Production typically takes 3–4 weeks. Once your ring is ready, we'll reach out to coordinate a delivery date — we ship via Fedex Express 2-day or overnight and require a signature upon recei

How much does shipping cost?
Overnight shipping is complimentary for all domestic orders.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes — every package is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery. If it's more convenient, we can arrange delivery to a local FedEx location for pickup.
Can you reset a diamond I already own?
Absolutely — we love working with meaningful stones. We have an entire page decicated to repurposing and resetting heirloom diamonds and gemstones. Set up a consultation with our team HERE and we'll talk through all the details.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient — these vary by country. International orders generally arrive within 2–3 business days, customs permitting.
Can I update my shipping address after placing my order?
Of course — just reach out to us as soon as possible and we'll take care of it!
Do you ship to PO boxes?
We're unable to ship to PO boxes, as all packages require a signature upon delivery. If a physical address isn't available, we're happy to arrange delivery to a nearby FedEx location for pickup.
Is your packaging discreet?
Absolutely. We ship in a plain FedEx box with a generic return label — nothing that reveals what's inside. We can also route your shipment to a FedEx location for pickup if that's more comfortable for you.
Are there any discounts available?
When you sign up for our mailing list, we'll send you a welcome discount code. It can be applied to both ready-to-wear and custom orders — just let us know if you need any help applying it.
How long does a custom design take?
Custom timelines vary by project, but most designs are completed within 6–8 weeks. We'll give you a personalized timeline during your consultation.
Why are your diamond prices so accessible?
We price our lab-grown diamonds fairly — always. Larger brands often mark up lab-grown diamonds significantly because of their market position. We believe beautiful jewelry should be priced with integrity.
Where are your pieces made?
Every GOODSTONE piece is made in the USA by our talented design team in Los Angeles.
Is your gold recycled?
Yes — we use sustainably recycled gold in all of our jewelry.
Can you clean my ring?

Can I change my order after I've placed it?
Yes — most changes (other than resizing) are handled as an exchange. Exchanges are complimentary: we'll refund any price difference or collect the difference depending on the new selection. Please note that each client receives one exchange per year,

Can I see my diamond before it's set?
Yes — we can send photos or a video of your diamond on request. Just let us know and we'll arrange it.
Can I check on the status of my order?

Do you sell loose diamonds?
We do. Please note that loose diamond sales are final sale.
Can I customize the prongs to white gold?

Can I expedite my order?
In most cases, yes — especially if your timeline is within two weeks. Just let us know when you need your piece and we'll do our very best to make it happen. Ready-to-ship options are also available if you need something sooner.
Do you have an insurance provider you recommend?
We're happy to point you in the right direction. Reach out to our team and we can share some guidance.
Do you provide insurance appraisals?
Yes — we can provide an insurance appraisal for your piece. Just reach out to [email protected] with your order number or name on the order and we'll get that arranged.
Can I add an engraving?
Yes — most of our rings can be engraved. Simply include your engraving details in the order notes at checkout. Please note that engraved pieces are final sale.
What is your warranty?
